Qualifications

• Preference given to individuals 18 years of age or older.
• Preference given to individuals with prior cash handling experience.
• Well organized and strong ability to work independently as well as with others.
• Proficient with the District’s electronic registration software, website navigation, and Microsoft products.
• Ability to perform cashier duties accurately.
• Ability to follow directions and give clear instructions.
• CPR/AED and First aid certifications or obtain within two months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Perform clerical and administrative duties including answering phones, responding to inquiries, cashiering, registering participants, making copies, and filing.
• Assist in district rentals including facility, park, and shelter rentals.
• Assist in set-up and tear down of equipment for programs or events; prepare facilities for designated program use.
• Open, close, and secure facilities according to procedures.
• Perform facility rounds and occasional custodial duties.
• Maintain accurate inventory and reports.
• Provide professional, courteous service and uphold district policies and safety guidelines.
