Responsibilities

• Operate Point of Sale systems, handle cash, and assist with admissions, memberships, and rentals.
• Assist with registrations, public skate ticket processing, and rentals.
• Help with birthday parties, events, and general customer service at Nelson Center.
• Perform receptionist duties and maintain orderly front-desk operations.
• Assist with recreation program preparation and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Support staff and instructors as required.
