The Keystone Distinction Group in Ellicott City, MD seeks licensed Physical Therapists or Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient rehab. The role offers both full-time and part-time options, a diverse patient population, and room to grow within a supportive team.

Clinicians work across two Ellicott City locations with a collaborative environment, exposure to orthopedic, sports and neuro rehab, mentorship for new grads, and opportunities to develop specialties and leadership.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland.
• Passion for delivering patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Interest in outpatient rehab and meaningful functional outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff.
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide who assists with patient care and treatment flow.
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with evaluations typically 60 minutes.
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT, with additional 30 minutes daily when needed.
• Participate in clinical discussions, continuing education, and professional development.
