Your Talent Team is assisting an established outpatient physical therapy practice in Ellicott City, MD, recruiting a Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full- or part-time roles. The team emphasizes mentorship for new grads, diversity of caseload, and opportunities to grow clinical specialties.

Clinicians provide evaluations, hands-on treatment, and functional rehab within a collaborative setting, with two locations, flexible scheduling, and competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland.
• Passion for delivering excellent, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
• Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, neurological rehabilitation, or other specialty areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff.
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide who assists with patient care and treatment flow.
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with evaluations generally scheduled for 60 minutes.
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT, with an additional 30 minutes available daily when needed.
• Participate in clinical discussions, continuing education, and professional development.
