Job Juncture is seeking licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapists (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for outpatient rehabilitation in Ellicott City, MD. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, with a diverse caseload and strong mentorship for new graduates.

Clinicians enjoy collaborative, supportive teams across two local clinics, with orthopedic-focused care representing a substantial portion of the caseload and opportunities to develop specialty interests.

Qualifications

• MD licensed or license-eligible PT or PTA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and growth opportunities.
• Experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, neurologic rehab, or other specialties is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide evaluations and rehab tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff.
• Use WebPT for documentation; daily extra time available for documentation.
• Manage a typical schedule of ~2 patient visits per hour; 60-minute evaluations.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Front-desk staff assist with scheduling and admin responsibilities.
