Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is recruiting for a Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Ellicott City, MD. The practice offers outpatient rehab with a supportive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient-centered care mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff.
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide who assists with patient care and treatment flow.
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour with 60-minute evaluations.
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT; 30 minutes daily for documentation as needed.
• Participate in clinical discussions, continuing education, and professional development.
