Clear Concepts, Inc. in Ellicott City, MD is seeking licensed or eligible Physical Therapists (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for outpatient rehabilitation. The role offers full‑time and part‑time options in a two-location clinic with a supportive team and diverse caseload.

You will provide evidence‑based care, collaborate with colleagues, and develop specialty interests while enjoying mentorship and opportunities for growth in a patient‑centered setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and staff to optimize care.
• Work with a therapy aide to support patient flow and care.
• Manage schedules with roughly two patient visits per hour; 60-minute evaluations.
• Document using WebPT and maintain accurate clinical records.
