Essenti Talent is partnering with an established outpatient physical therapy practice in Ellicott City, MD to hire a Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). This role offers full-time or part-time options, a supportive team, mentorship for new grads, and growth opportunities within a collaborative setting.

The practice treats a diverse patient population with orthopedic rehab comprising about half the caseload.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland.
• Patient-centered care and strong communication are essential.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a team.
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and improving functional outcomes.
• Outpatient setting experience a plus, mentorship available.

Aufgaben

• Provide evaluations tailored to patient goals and evidence-based rehab.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and support staff.
• Work with a therapy aide to ensure smooth treatment flow.
• Manage a schedule with ~2 patient visits per hour; 60-min evaluations.
• Document electronically using WebPT; ~30 min daily for documentation.
• Engage in clinical discussions and ongoing professional development.
