Job summary

Accounting Search is recruiting Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient opportunities in Ellicott City, MD. Roles are available as full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling and mentoring support.

Two local clinics host a collaborative team of about 10 therapists, providing diverse patient care and opportunities to develop clinical specialties and leadership skills. Sign-on bonuses and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland
• Commitment to patient-centered care and excellent communication
• Interest in outpatient rehabilitation and collaborating with a team
• Experience in orthopedic/sports/neurological areas is a plus
• Passion for mentorship and professional growth

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide who assists with patient care and treatment flow
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with evaluations generally scheduled for 60 minutes
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT, with an additional 30 minutes available daily when needed
• Participate in clinical discussions, continuing education, and professional development
• Front-desk staff assist with scheduling and administrative responsibilities, allowing therapists to focus more of their attention on patient care
