Qualifications

• This role requires licensed or license-eligible PT/PTA in Maryland.
• Passion for delivering patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff.
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide to support patient care and treatment flow.
• Manage approximately two patient visits per hour; 60-minute evaluations.
• Document electronically using WebPT; daily time for documentation as needed.
• Participate in clinical discussions, continuing education, and professional development.
