Job summary

StaffingSoft, Inc. is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to provide PRN coverage at Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in West Reading, PA. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver consistent, high-quality care on your terms.

The role emphasizes flexible daytime hours, completion of treatment plans, patient education on home exercises, and collaboration with the supervising PT to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
