StaffingSoft, Inc. is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to maintain continuity of care with our standard of clinical excellence in an Ohio setting. You’ll join a flexible team that supports your schedule and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating and adjusting treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating families on home programs. On-site at Mill Creek, Galion Ohio locations with daytime PRN shifts.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current state PT license; NPTE required.
• 1 year PT experience preferred.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
