You will work with a leadership team of therapists who understand what it takes to deliver excellent care on your terms. This is on‑site, with on‑demand shifts to keep patient outcomes strong.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
