Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our PRN pool in Millersburg, OH. You will deliver high-quality care while maintaining the same clinical standards as our full-time team.

Ideal candidates hold a DPT, a current OH license, and NPTE eligibility, with 1 year of PT experience preferred. This role offers daytime PRN shifts at Scenic Pointe, Millersburg, OH, and supports flexible scheduling.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
