Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Superior, WI seeks a Physical Therapist for PRN daytime coverage. As a PRN therapist, you choose when you work while staying part of a collaborative team led by experienced clinicians who understand quality care.

Requirements include a DPT, an active state license (NPTE), and ideally one year of PT experience. You will evaluate and treat patients, document progress, and educate families on home exercise programs, with scheduling flexibility and local patient access.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state PT license; NPTE requirement.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
