Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join a therapist-led team focused on scalable, patient-centered care. Part-time daytime hours at Bethea Retirement Community, Darlington, SC, with a growing national footprint of 285+ locations.

Requirements include a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), active state PT license, NPTE, and about one year of PT experience. You will evaluate, develop and implement individualized plans of care and educate patients on home programs.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• ?Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• ?Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• ?1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• ?Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• ?Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• ?Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
