Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Orange Park, FL is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing network. The ideal candidate holds a DPT, a current Florida PT license, and passes the NPTE, with about one year of prior PT experience preferred.

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
