Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Orange Park, FL seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join a patient-centered team. You will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

We offer a full-time daytime schedule, comprehensive benefits, 401k with company match, licensure reimbursement, and generous PTO. Must have a DPT and active state license, NPTE, and 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
