Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist in Ohio. You will evaluate and treat patients at Lafayette Pointe in West Lafayette and Claymont Health and Rehab in Uhrichsville, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role offers a daytime schedule with full benefits, licensure reimbursement, and a supportive leadership team dedicated to therapists' voices.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE must be passed.
• 1 year of prior Physical Therapist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate)


• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)


• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred


• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines


• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes


• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
