Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Physical Therapist to join a full‑time daytime schedule at Millview Health & Rehab in Milford, Ohio. You will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with other disciplines, and help patients achieve optimal outcomes.

You will educate patients and families on home exercise programs, track progress, and adjust care plans based on outcomes, while benefiting from a comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement and

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate)
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
