Continuum Therapy Partners in Rich Creek, VA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing national network. The role is part-time with daytime hours, offering a chance to contribute to patient-centered care in a therapist-led environment.

Candidates must hold a DPT, an active license, and be able to pass NPTE; 1 year of experience preferred. You will develop and implement individualized plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs.

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
