Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedules PT/OT appointments in the practice management program.
• Gathers information from insurance carriers, physicians and patient charts.
• Call patients to schedule PT/OT within required time frames.
• Provides follow-up until referrals are executed and documented.
• Responds to patient questions and resolves problems to maintain satisfaction.
• Inputs data to GE practice management and EMR; updates schedules as needed.
