• Obtain and update demographic and insurance information.
• Handle new patient information and required testing/records.
• Reschedule appointments as needed and read the physician call schedule.
• Communicate scheduling details with physician and clinical staff.
• Provide courteous customer service and act as liaison between patient and office.
