Job summary

The Healthcare Outcomes Performance Co. (HOPCo) in Fort Myers, Florida is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to assist providers during clinics and ensure proper patient care.

Your responsibilities will include preparing patients for appointments, handling documentation, and overseeing scheduling within the clinic. Strong organizational and customer service skills are essential, alongside a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Assistant preferred or at least 2 years of experience in clinical setting.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers during clinic/procedures.
• Room patients and prepare for providers.
• Obtain and record vitals in EMR system.
• Assist with surgical and non-surgical care.
• Oversee the physician’s clinic schedule.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA compliance.
