Primary Purpose

This role involves cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break rooms, removing trash, operating cleaning equipment, and spill cleanup.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference rooms.
3. Clean and mop restroom and break area floors.
4. Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washers for sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces, mirrors, glass, and equipment.
6. Resupply items as needed and use cones to mark hazardous areas.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to understand and communicate safety policies and procedures.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, with or without accommodations.
• Willing to learn to operate cleaning equipment.
• Complete company probationary period (30 or 60 days).
• Proficient in English reading, writing, and communication.
• Adhere to performance standards, including attendance and safety.
• Wear approved clothing and footwear.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, walk for 45% of the shift.
• Maximum pull: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals and handbooks.
