Primary Purpose

This role involves cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break and lunchroom areas, removing trash, operating floor cleaners and power washers, and spill cleanup.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference rooms.
3. Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
4. Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washers for sidewalks.
5. Dust and wash surfaces.
6. Clean mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors, and equipment in break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms.
7. Resupply items as needed.
8. Use floor cones to mark hazardous floor conditions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand safety and company policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to learn to use required equipment and tools.
• Complete the 30 or 60-day introductory period.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English related to job and safety regulations.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, variable based on needs.
• Job cycle: continual maximum.
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand: 55%; Walk: 45%; Sit: 0%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
