Primary Purpose

This role involves cleaning office spaces, restrooms, break and lunch areas, removing trash, operating floor cleaners and power washers, and spill cleanup.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule and prepare equipment and supplies at the start of each shift, ensuring PPE compliance.
2. Clean and vacuum floors in offices and conference rooms.
3. Clean and mop restroom and break area floors.
4. Remove trash, operate compactors and bailers, clean spills, and use power washers for sidewalk cleaning.
5. Dust and wash surfaces, mirrors, glass, and equipment in break rooms and restrooms.
6. Restock supplies as needed.
7. Use cones to mark hazardous floor conditions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Physical capability to perform job duties, with or without accommodations.
• Willingness to learn to operate required equipment and tools.
• Completion of a 30 or 60-day introductory period.
• Proficiency in English for communication and safety.
• Adherence to performance and attendance standards.
• Willingness to wear approved work attire.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours or more based on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., standing for 55%, walking for 45%.
• Category IV physical activity: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max static pull: 20 lbs.
