Towneplace Suites by Marriott Lady Lake/The Villages is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent for their busy hotel located in The Villages, Florida. Compensation is competitive based on experience. Auro Hotels Management supports health, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discounts, and more.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Maintain eye contact, use a positive tone, listen actively, and respond appropriately.
• Use selling techniques to optimize occupancy and rates while ensuring accurate information is provided about hotel facilities.
• Maintain cash bank per guidelines, follow accounting procedures, handle guest room keys securely, and protect guest information.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments, stay informed about front office operations, attend meetings, and report concerns to management.
• Manage guest check-in/check-out efficiently, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and promptly address hazards.
• Full-time hours available (at least 32 hours per week); must have flexible availability for all shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Experience/Education
