Primary Purpose

This role involves operating and ensuring the safety of the gas station, assisting customers, maintaining product levels and cleanliness, and responding to emergencies or safety concerns within the gas station area.

Responsibilities

1. Operate and ensure safety of the gas station facility.
2. Assist customers and complete transactions.
3. Maintain cleanliness and order of the gas station area, including resupplying items, trash collection, and snow removal.
4. Monitor product levels, check dates, and update pricing as needed.
5. Respond to safety concerns and emergency situations promptly.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Physical capability to meet ergonomic requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Ability to meet performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Ability to learn and use necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, variable based on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand approximately 55%, walk 45% of the time.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
