Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to emergencies or safety concerns at the gas station.

Responsibilities

• Operate the gas station, supervise team members, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Resupply island items, including oil and cleaning solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and handle snow removal at the station.
• Assist customers and process transactions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand safety regulations and company policies.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, with flexibility based on business needs.
• Stand for 55% of the time, walk for 45%.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Maximum pull static force: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
