Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies within the gas station area.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, check product dates, update pricing, and perform all departmental tasks as needed.
• Resupply island items such as oils, window washer solution, and paper towels.
• Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
• Maintain cleanliness and snow removal at the station.
• Assist customers and process transactions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift of 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, sit 0%, walk for 45% of the shift.
• Category IV physical requirements including lifting, carrying, and pulling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
