Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station facility, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies within the gas station area.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, check product dates, and update pricing.
• Resupply island items, including moving cartons of oil, restocking cans, filling containers, and refilling paper towels.
• Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
• Maintain cleanliness and snow removal at the station.
• Assist customers and process transactions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Job involves continual activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45% of the time.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
