What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set appointments with potential clients who have requested coverage, dedicating 6-8 hours per week
- Conduct research on client information to customize mortgage protection options, spending 4-5 hours per week
- Meet with families to present coverage options and assist them in applying for coverage, two days per week
- Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting, committing 2 hours per week
- Engage in personal development and leadership training to enhance skills and effectiveness in the role
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; a willingness to learn and grow is essential
- Must possess a growth mindset and be coachable, self-disciplined, and challenge-seeking
- Passion for helping people is a must
- Ability to effectively follow and implement training and sales systems
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients and present options clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with financial products such as retirement accounts and insurance plans
