Hertford Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center in Hertford, NC is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for full-time or part-time positions. We offer a $10K relocation bonus, a supportive environment, and a competitive wages and benefits package.

The successful candidate will hold an accredited PT degree and current state licensure, provide comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, document all activities, and contribute to a collaborative rehab team focused on quality

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
• Holds current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Provide a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on MD orders and document findings.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive treatment plan with goals, frequency and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications and discharges.
• Document daily participation and progress; update treatment plans and discharge summaries as required.
• Co-sign notes and supervise junior staff or students as needed; participate in meetings and committee work.
• Perform billing and ensure accurate charges for physical therapy services.
