Job summary

Planet Fitness in King, NC is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to support members and guests in a busy gym setting. This role includes signing up new members, answering questions, processing purchases, and promoting fitness programs while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Starting pay is $11 per hour with scheduled hours 5-11 PM Monday to Thursday, and Friday 2 PM–9 PM. Weekend shifts from 7 AM–1 PM or 1 PM–7 PM with open availability are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
