Job summary

Planet Fitness Eden, North Carolina is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, handle signups, and support day-to-day club operations. The role emphasizes friendly member interactions and a seamless experience.

Weekly weekend shifts required with varying weekday hours; starting pay is $11 per hour, with periodic increases after 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Job DetailsJob Location: L119 Eden - Eden, NC 27288Job Shift: AnyPart-Time: Starting at $11 per hour.

Shift requirements: Weekend opening, Saturday and Sunday, 6:45am-1pm. Weekday closing, 3pm-11pm/ 5pm-11pm. Coverage as needed.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
