Job summary

Planet Fitness in Clemmons, NC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior, judgment-free member experience and greet guests.

You will handle phones, greet and sign up members, log amenities, and promote PE@PF classes; benefits include PTO, shift-differential, EAP, and a free Black Card membership.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour.

Availability: Open

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
