Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Delaware. The role starts at $15 per hour with shifts on Saturdays 2pm–7pm and Sundays 7am–11am, plus hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date.

You will provide superior service to members and guests, greet and sign up new members, process purchases, promote PE@PF classes, and maintain a clean, safe club

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
