Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Strongsville, OH is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support Planet Fitness members in a fast-paced club. The role emphasizes friendly phones, greeting and onboarding new members, member inquiries, POS transactions, and promoting fitness classes.

The position offers weekend coverage (Sat-Sun 11am-7pm) with hourly pay starting at $12 and scheduled increases over time. Growth opportunities and employee benefits are highlighted in the team culture.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to active and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
