Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Delaware is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer phones, process sign-ups, and maintain a clean, welcoming club. Starting pay is $15 per hour with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:15am to 3:15pm; hourly increases occur at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to greet members and process sign-ups.
• Comfort with POS transactions and member interactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
