Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Lexington, NC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities to ensure a positive member experience.

Starting at $11 per hour with increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year. Schedules: Mon-Thu 12PM-4PM, 5PM-11:15PM; Fri 10AM-2PM, 2PM-9:15PM; Sat-Sun 6:45AM-1PM, 1PM-7:15PM. PTO, EAP, and a free employee Black Card membership.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
