Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Wilkesboro, NC, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative. Starting pay is $11 per hour with scheduled increases after 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter.

You’ll greet members, sign up new members, and support them with amenities while processing purchases at the POS. We offer growth opportunities, shift-differential pay for select shifts, PTO, an Employee Assistance Program, and a free employee Black Card Membership.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
