Job summary

National Fitness Partners is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative in Greensboro to support member services at our clubs. You will greet members, answer calls, sign up new members, log amenities, and resolve questions with a helpful, professional attitude.

You will also promote fitness programs, handle POS purchases, and help keep the club clean and welcoming. This role offers shift options, growth opportunities, PTO, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Entry-level friendly customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle phones professionally and log information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Possible shifts: Monday -Thursday: 5:00PM - 11:00PM, Friday 2:00PM - 9:00PM, Saturday & Sunday 6:45AM - 1:00PM or 1:00PM - 7:00PM.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
