Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Memphis, TN is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer phones, sign up new members, and process purchases. Join a supportive team at a leading Planet Fitness franchise with a strong focus on member experience.

• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job description

Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule: [Thursday: 6pm - 10 pm, Friday: 6pm - 9 pm, and Sunday: 1 - 7 pm]

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
