Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Indiana. The role offers starting pay of $12 per hour with scheduled increases based on anniversaries and performance.

You will greet members, sign up new members, handle inquiries, process sales at the POS, promote fitness classes, and maintain a clean, friendly club environment. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to greet members and handle inquiries professionally.
• Ability to work in a team and follow scripts.
• Basic math for POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system. Promote fitness classes to members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Schedule Option A : Monday - Friday (4:45 AM - 12:45 PM)

Schedule Option B : Monday - Friday (4:45 AM - 11:00 AM)

Schedule Option C : Monday - Thursday (3:00 PM - 11:15 PM) and Friday (3:00 PM - 9:15 PM)
