Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Asheboro, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities, and process purchases at the POS while promoting fitness classes.

Maintain a clean, safe club environment with professional member interactions. Starting at $11 per hour with incremental increases and opportunities for growth as the team advances.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles preferred.
• Ability to greet members and answer questions professionally.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Availability: Monday-Thursday 5pm-11pm Friday: 1pm-9pm Weekends: 7am-7pm

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
