Job summary

National Fitness Partners, a leading Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative in King, NC. The role starts at $11 per hour with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year based on anniversary date.

Typical shifts are Monday–Friday 12–5PM or 9–3PM, with training shifts 11AM–4PM Sat-Wed depending on availability. Responsibilities include greeting members, signing up and touring new members, handling questions promptly,

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to our active members and our new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
