Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Winchester, VA club. You’ll greet members, answer calls, sign up new members, and log amenities while delivering friendly, professional service.

The role offers an overnight shift (10pm–4am) with a starting wage of $12.77 per hour, and scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter. Must be 18+ with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
