Job summary

Planet Fitness Belvidere, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer calls, sign up new members, and promote fitness classes. Starting at $15 per hour, full-time hours range 32–40 per week with a 4:45am start. Benefits include health options and growth opportunities.

Monday–Friday availability required, and position is on-site. Responsibilities include handling transactions, assisting members, maintaining a clean club, and promoting PE@PF classes.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Details: Job Location: L192 Belvidere - Belvidere, IL, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Full - Time: Starting at $15 per hour. Must be available Monday through Friday and available to promptly start at 4:45am. Full time hours will be 32-40 per week.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.
