Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative in Pasadena, MD. The role offers starting pay at $15 per hour, with scheduled hours Mon-Thu 10pm-4am and 90% growth opportunities through internal promotions.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering questions, and processing purchases, with a focus on delivering a friendly, safe, and welcoming gym experience. Benefits include PTO, EAP, and more.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members and sign up new members at the front desk.
• Log amenities and assist members with questions.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness classes to existing and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Location: L108 Pasadena - Pasadena, MD 21122, Part- Time: Starting at $15 per hour.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10pm-4am

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
